The Golden Knights coasted passed No. 12 Sparta 62-36 in round one of the North 1, Group 3 play. Last year Old Tappan defeated Teaneck to win the sectional title.

Sophomore forward Alex Radetzky scored 20, including 10 of the team’s 21 first quarter points. Chanel Van Dyke added 21 points.

The Knights travel to Fair Lawn Thursday to face league rival and the No. 4 ranked Cutters.
