You may have noticed last week that Northern Valley Suburbanite launched its Web site. This new site will allow us to enhance our coverage of your communities by allowing us do certain things that just can’t be done online.

For instance, we shot a digital video recording of the Bergen Family Centers grand opening of its Success Center, in Englewood. Of course, we had the usual reporter and photographer cover this event, but we decided that the video would enhance your experience and give you a different option to see the news.

We are also working on developing slide shows for your online enjoyment, which would give us the capability to get more of your photographs out for the communities to see.

The Web site at http://nvsuburbanite.com also allows for the news desk to cover breaking news and get it out to you, the public within minutes as opposed to waiting a week.
